Hot springs almost always seem to attract a mixed crowd of people. There's a lot of thievery down there, and this just goes to prove how stupid these people are. I advise everyone to watch their stuff while they soak. Maybe we can set up a fund to buy Frank some new pool cleaning equipment with a safe to put it in.
