Re: WEMO Lawsuit Filed

Thank you Katrina and Desert dude for keeping us abreast of this news.
What we need to remember is this ; history is repeating itself.
It is no wonder the B.L.M. is hesitant to release any plans. What happened last time the WEMO plan was released ? These plans guarantee litigants come out of the bushes (so to speak). So, the litigation merry - go - round continues, nothing happens, much. The B.L.M. blames congress for not funding these new rules. The lawyers get richer and we all get the shaft.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia being nessessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
What needs to happen is people need to stand up for their rights. Freeing up time for judges to consentrate on real criminals. Like the vigilantes tearing up the environment.
A wise guy said "those why do not study history are doomed to repeat it."
Let's all keep studying on these things.
A good example is at Deep creek.
Congress has given the forest service the authority of makeing laws in it's area. They made the one mile rule around Deep creek, no camping. However they have no funds to enforce this rule. So, almost every weekend some body will be camping there.
History will just keep repeating it's self, repeating it's self.
