This could be really great or horrible, it all depends what the state decides to do with it. They could close it up and cap the springs being afraid of the potential use, or they could treat it like Gaviotta, that would be cool. The worst scenario
would be the lease of the springs and buildings to some corp. who in turn pay a part of the profits back to the state, hello miracle hot springs or worse, dare I say 7 Dwarves hot springs.
