I live in Arizona and do an extended Deep Creek trip at least once a year. Right now, I'm hoping to arrive on Sunday afternoon, June 19 and stay until either Wednesday or Thursday. I'll camp at Bowen and, as always, I will be naked the entire time there.
You never know what the social situation will be at DCHS. I have enjoyed solitary days and sociable days - anything except obnoxious loud people. I'll be camping at my red truck, so feel free to say hi if you are in the neighborhood.
I've read this message board from time to time over the years, but never posted. Thanks to all who provide useful information. I'm hoping that fire doesn't intervene in my plans and that you are all safe up there in the high desert.
