Exact location of Spill way trail to deep creek hot springs

I have been googling a great deal and did locate 2 sites with vague and contradictory information regarding the trail that starts at some dam off hwy 178, joins the pct and ends at the springs covering around 6 miles. I believe it is called the spillway trail. With the exception of some geo cord. 34º20'47.34”N 117º13'50.77” I don't know where this trail starts exactly. Is there a cross street or something so I can tell my guests? I am organizing a trip for 6 folks and don't want anyone lost. TY in advance.
