Per WEMO implementation, BLM Park Ranger Art Basulto and the Restoration Crew student volunteers are posting signage advising of "Limited Use" (travel on signed open routes only). Open routes are being signed as part of this process and closed routes are being vertically mulched.

Although one "Limited Use" remains in the vicinity of Bowen Ranch, others are being removed, apparently by rogue motorcyclists. The main one at the Coxey Truck Trail kiosk had a very short life and is yet to be replaced.

Hopefully, the new open route signs on JF3 & JF4 around Bowen Ranch will remain in place. (In view of the "Limited Use" sign, the public would perceive JF3 and JF4 as closed if the open route signs are removed.)

Regarding the other matter, Tim called earlier this morning.

Thanks, Jobe!
