The Sawtooth and Millard fires did merge this afternoon, around 2PM. Could see from local news ariel shots that sections of the fire are up in the Ponderosa Tree's, along with all the dead ones. One pilot repoted the fire in one section to be about 9.7 miles from Big Bear. I got a picture yesterday of the fire cloud from here in Apple Valley, and took another today around 4PM from the east side of Granite Mountains, in a little dead end section of Fairview Valley. I'll try and get them on my Wizard's pictures site for viewing. I have been having some virus infection problems with my puter for the last couple of days. I have some free virus protections stuff, but I really don't know exactly how to fix these virus problems when they occur. I did some playing around with the virus scans and was able to delete some infected items, which enabled me to get on the internet this evening. If I get the photos up, I'll post here about it.
