The problem as I see it is this. The crimanals who used to dump trash out side of town. And pocketed the money. Are now driving farther down Bowen ranch road. Because, where they used to dump has houses being built there. Where they used to dump on the rest of us.
More - No dumping - signs need to be posted along Bowen ranch road. Also, concerned citizens should help bring these crimanls to justise.
Steamboat, ordinarily I leave early in the day to go to the springs. That way during the heat of the day there is deep creek water to cool me.
Laughing bear, The trash was houshold trash. A chair, lampstands, a bar b- q pit, a metal couch- bed frame, some computer parts, and plane trash.
And for anyone who cares, Barry Nelsons problem was he lost the trust of the people he was supposed to be serving.
Let's see the signs should say: NO DUMPING and then the penal code # and then the possable fine/fines for violation of said penal code. Also a reward for persons who help catch these violaters should be a big help in stopping this crime.
