New Pool Constructed at Deep Creek???

Last time I visited the hot springs was around summer 09. I noticed on the South side of the rock formation a clearing was being made and there was a pile of stones, could this be a future pool feed by the crab cooker high up on the hill. If so I would like to help I am planning a trip after the rain and can carry supplies down into the canyon, concrete ect. If this isn't being done lets do it I have ideas for how to build the pool and feed it into the river.
