Unfortunately, there's plenty of growth and expansioin along the I-15 corridor here in the land of Zion. (From St. George all the way to the Idaho border) The trick is to get to the small obscure towns AWAY from I-15... preferrably to the East rather than to the West... desert.
But like most other Western states, Utah is suffering from the masses and exodus from California. Oops! I'm one of them that left the sunshine state to come to Utah 16 years ago... Of course, I started here BEFORE I went to Southern California to help swell those numbers just over 20 years ago.
(But I did discover Deep Creek Hot Springs while I was there!)
Now our air quality in Utah is getting bad and we're struggling with congested roads and freeway gridlock and commuter rail debates and gang shootings and illegal aliens and a professional NBA team that can't make the playoffs anymore... and on and on.
Life is good...
