BLM cracks down on hot springers, but lacks balls when it comes to dealing with rogue dirt bikers. More recently, Ty Davis of Team Yamaha defiantly told observers that he had cut the motocross track into a previously pristine area of upper Arrastre Canyon.
The group reported Davis to BLM, but no charges were filed, allowing Davis to escape responsibility for large-scale vandalism of public land.
