I saw these road improvements on Saturday, while heading up to DCHS for DCV day. It doesn't look like they are preparing to pave that section, just most likely folks associated with the new houses perhaps being involved with making the road better, up to the point of the new houses on Bowen Ranch Rd. Very smooth! Wish the whole Bowen Ranch rd was like that, but then there would probably be more accidents with people driving faster.
