Hello Jobe :-) Regarding refining capacity, I've heard the reports suggesting what you propose, that producers are working this scam on consumers. The Oil companies will be suspected, and accused, of all sorts of things as gas prices keep rising, and your average Joe ( even Jobe ) feels the pain of increasingly expensive energy. Even if the Oil companies are meddling with the supply system, the overiding situation is that world wide supply of oil is showing a multitude of signs that it has, or will soon reach peak of production. Once past peak production, worldwide demand will create crisis shortages, which will drag down all the big economies of the world, that have become not only addicted to oil, but also to economic systems that are dependant on constant growth for prosperity, a way of living that will have to come to an end. Lastly, regarding " your golden chance to change the world ", Bush needs to go, and maybe the american public will finally wake up enough to realize, that he needs to be impeached, the sooner the better. We shall see what happens after the end of the year elections.
