So, if I read this correctly and cut through the bureaucrat talk, this seems to imply that sometime in the near future, BLM will oversee and carryout recreation of a route to the trailhead parking similar to the one that used to exist before the Willow Fire (regrading, rerouting?) or a reasonably close alternative. I don't like the phrase "strive to"; besides the fact that the whole statement sounds better without it, it also seems to me that particular phrase gives BLM a lot of leeway to say their budget does not allow for it at this time.

Amazing though... its on a current record that BLM wants "to provide a safe two wheel drive access located entirely on public lands" along with a means for them to do it administratively... its a good day to love DCHS....
