This weekend, Saturday and Sunday ( 18th and 19th ), a special entiled " We were warned " will be showing on CNN Presents. The times the show will air are 5PM, 8PM and 12PM. Same times for Sat and Sun. Looks like the piece will be discussing the coming problems for energy supplies. We shall see how serious they present the issue to be, whether they actually project just how ominous things really are. Mathew Simmons is shown in the advertisement for the show. He advised Bush and Chenney of the coming problem of hydrocarbon depletion, and all it will entail, back around 2000. Just after this, Bush and crew, and top oil officials met in thier " secret energy meetings ". Not long after that, 9-11, the facilitated " New Pearl Harbor " event which catapulted the ambitions by this administration to militarily position itself in the middle east, in the interest of obtaining, and controlling, the flow of what Bush recently declared ( DUH ) the US is addicted to, OIL. Afganistan, Iraq, and maybe soon Iran, the contest for what remains of this precious commodity has begun. The Middle East in a decade or so will hold the vast majority of all the oil that will be left in the world, for all the other countries to scramble after.
