A PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WHICH WILL CROSS OVER THE SOUTHERN GREAT
BASIN AND MOHAVE DESERT TONIGHT AND SUNDAY WILL CREATE LOCALLY
STRONG NORTH WINDS ACROSS THE COLORADO RIVER VALLEY AND ADJACENT
AREAS LATE SUNDAY AND INTO MONDAY. NORTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
INCREASE ACROSS SOUTHERN NEVADA...NORTHWEST ARIZONA...AND EASTERN
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY OF CALIFORNIA SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING
WITH CONDITIONS POSSIBLY BECOMING VERY WINDY LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND
INTO MONDAY MORNING.

WINDS SPEEDS OF BETWEEN 20 AND 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH OR
HIGHER MAY BE SEEN LATE SUNDAY AND MONDAY OVER THE AREA WITH
SPECIAL CONCERN BEING ALONG THE COLORADO RIVER VALLEY. BOATERS AND
OTHERS ENGAGED IN OUTDOOR RECREATION OR TRAVEL SHOULD BE AWARE OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE WINDS DEVELOPING.
