Here is a recent local report from Arrastra Falls

2 motorcycle riders observed at Arrastra Falls riding on the other side of the fence. One rider on green Kawasaki and wore a green and white helmut and a grey and white windbreaker/blue pants. The other rider had a red and white Honda MC and wore a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and brown pants. FOJF member talked with the riders who insisted on riding wherever they want because "we" are the ones closing their riding places. Their activity on the hill has completly destroyed the restoration project by the BLM and volunteers from Jan 2005. Before leaving, one of the MC riders powered their machine at FOJF members, narrowly missing them while spraying them with sand.
This illustrates the lawless and destructive behavior that continues to plauge the Juniper Flats area from rouge OHV elements.
