We have to remember that Bush is by far the most unintelligent President we've ever had. When asked how his meeting went with Baskin Robbins, the Premier of Canada, he stated that he really enjoyed meeting Mr. Robbins.
(Apparently he's never been to 31 Flavors ;-)
