Hi Wizard,

Hard to find something that you have not already researched!

Zero-point energy offers both inertia and gravity negation, both of which consume large quantities on energy using our present technologies. You are wise to "lighten up" as we won't see practical use anytime soon.

Your Northern California project will be very interesting to visit (and with greater facility than my "back to basics" project in New England).
