Did you read recently about the new development planned for the area south of Rock Springs Road and Deep Creek Road? The new development was approved by the Board of Supervisors despite the objections of the surrounding neighbors. They were concerned about their wells and quality of water as well as their rural quality of life. Their concerns were ignored. The developer is Lewis Homes.
Supervisor Postmus's actions with regard to the rapid development of the high desert tends to indicate that he is receiving a personal benefit from the development.
