It's not so much a forum problem. Hotmail has been relaying spam lately and if they don't stop soon, the block lists will be adding their addresses. If this happens, you may find yourself unable to send email to some (many?) recipients.
It'll also cause problems for people that try to register on this forum using a hotmail address.
