You guys are missing my point. They will not be able to do that unless Gale Norton says they can. This preposed bill leaves control of these funds into the Secratary of the Interiors hands. Not Congess or the states. This preposed bill is all wrong. It will only generate about a few hunred million for the feds. That will not even pay the interest for their hugh deficiet.
It also will allow for oil drilling off the coast of Florda and in ANWR or the Alaska National Wilderness Reserve. It also sets the price for the sale of our lands at $1000 PER ACRE or what ever the secratary says it should be.
