It was very interesting today and I took some notes that I will be sharing with you. The hearings will continue tomorrow at 10:00 AM.
Basically, the State Water Resources Control Board attorney is alleging that when the Lake Arrowhead Reservoir Company appropriated water rights prior to 1914 it was for the purpose of providing water down to the San Bernardino Valley and that there were other sources used by the local residents.
These hearings are very interesting and exciting.
