Katrina writes, "However, one of the problems is that much of the private property is not fenced or marked as private."

As several attendees reported, it is impossible to maintain postings and fences on private property as they are almost immediately vandalized.

Avoiding OHV trespass on private property should be the responsibility of those who enjoy that sport and not an expensive burden to property owners.

Do you see CORVA stepping forward to help maintain postings and fences at public/private boundaries? No, because it is an impossible task.

The proposed County ordnance requiring riders to have written permission to ride on another person's private property will help address this problem.
