Ah Jobe, maybe I got my reading glasses on upside down, but I think if you check this out thoroughly, you will find that the address I mentioned, matches the title you have of your post, " The 100-year forecast: stronger storms ahead ", and, The first sentence of that article matches what you wrote about heavier rain and snow because of earths warming climate. The second address you listed takes you to an article that has a differant title, and speaks of temperature forcast for the US. Maybe if I drink enough Merlot, I may see it your way :-) In either case, I'd say were in for some wicked weather, like the lightning storms of Sunday, and Monday evenings up here in the high desert. And the rainfall last night at one point, was a veritable downpour at our house. The desert got a real good drink :-)
