Gecko ?

I caught this cool little lizard in my backyard this afternoon. Looks like a Gecko to me. You can see a picture I took of it in our bath tub, go to the Wizard's pictures link below, and its the last photo on page 44. I thought out here in the dry desert it would be to harsh for delicate little guys like this. Looks like he lost his tail not too long ago. It almost looked like it was an albino, since the skin underneath, and around the legs was pinkish. Funny to watch it lick its nose, like the Gieco Gecko does in those commercials :-) Perhaps someone can identify what kind of Gecko it is, or if its not a Gecko, what other kind of lizard it may be.
