Thanks Laughing Bear for this update.
I remember her as stone face Linda. After the fire, when they held meeting with us fire victims, I asked her point blank. About the illegle closure of Moss Mill road. She blurted out something about private property rights then turned a stone face to me, refered me to Tim Salts. Who refered me to Barry Nelson who refered me back to stone face Linda.
It is a sad day when supposed private property rights trump public saftey rights. If Moss Mill road had been open when the fire occured the fire department may have been able to do their job instead of driving around getting lost. Useing a map showing Moss Mill Road as being an open route.
Perhaps you and the Friends of Juniper Flats can point out this illegle behavior of the old regrime before another fire or other such emergency occurs.
Even Mohavegreens property rights were violated by some village residents who used his blocked off road to escape the fire. Knowing Mohavegreen this was proably OK by him. In such a dire situation. No one has a right to endanger the publics saftey. This is what the old regrime has done over and over with impunity. With no concern for the results of their illegle actions.
It seems to me that these crime animals are getting in a position to protect their retirement benifits from anyone whom they have harmed. "Sucking on the rear tet of the whore hog" is what my grandma called it. That was because all of the upper tets were reserved for those who deserved them.
It is my hope that this new regrime is more observant of the publics right to be safe in Juniper Flats area. Not only by enforcing the closure of the illegle JF1299, but also opening of this ancient native American trail known as Moss Mill Road.
Thanks Rick for allowing me to vent.
