It seems to me you have not heard of eternal life. Some here have faith in this promise. Without faith there is no serenity, ever.
If you had read in the book of revelation, you would know that a world wide earthquake is coming. I hope you and your family are ready by faith.
John 3 : 16 "For God so loved the world, that whosoever believed on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. "
