In regard to Moss Mill Rd., you should obtain a copy of the WEMO route map as first presented to the public. The first one showed Moss Mill Rd. as an open route. The next showed it closed, and later that controversial route was deleted completely to avoid attention and discussion.

The red herring tactic was also used for J1299, as it was not shown on any early maps, and made its first appearance in the Amended Record Decision. Even then it was not on the route map and was entered in such a way as to not attract attention. Public comment had been closed at that point, but public outcry forced BLM to conduct meetings to address that issue. As I pointed out, the meetings were a sham as Mike Ahrens was allowed to rewrite the conclusions drawn from those meetings to effect the "Done Deal".
