The U.S. Forest Service does not have an Inspector General (IG), but it's parent, the Department of Agriculture (DOA), does. The DOA IG is Roger C. Viadero, Inspector General, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington DC 20250.
I haven't heard of any investigation by the DOA IG into the DCHS access issues.
