Sweet relief

Life in Juniper Flats has been a little cooler since the gully washer came early this week. The quiet of the weekdays have been much more tolerable with clearing blue skies and less humidity. The summer nights bring out the animals and anyone driving in the dark may be suprised along Bowen Ranch Road. One local reported having to stop for a small weasel that was blinded by his headlights the other night. Meteror showers are forcast tonight and tomorrow with the best viewing coming when the moon is down. Lay out a sleeping bag on the ground , gaze upward like countless generations before us and the amazing night light show will shower you and your dreams. Enjoy!
