Desert Wildflower hunters can find an eyeful beauty

There are only a few precious weeks left for the wildflower season in the High Desert, but according to local nature lovers there's plenty more to see.
Several local residents offered suggestions of approximate locations viewers might want to go to find the remaining abundance of flowers that blossomed after the winter's heavy rain.
But hurry before they're gone.
Pam McKay, a biology professor at Victor Valley Community College, ecologist Tom Egan of Silver Lakes and flower fancier Thom Bond of American Art and Frame helped assemble the following list of recommendations: ...........
