I was only reporting what I saw. It seems this wet sand will only contribute to the problem next time the fire dept needs to access the area in those big rigs. And I hope they do not have to. As that wet sand will dry out in the desert. Perhaps you should discuss this with their boss.
When I was investigating the fire damage the problem was a mt. of sand in the road. It seems to me the problem may have been created by them.
It was easy driving for yesterday however.
