I did a hike today to the top of Granite Mountains, which are across the valley to the north from aprox where Ocotillo and Bowen Ranch Rd meet. Took one photo from up on top looking back south in which you can see Round Mountain and Luna Mountain, which are just east of the Bowen Ranch. Also in this photo you can see Laughing Bear waving at his digs in the village, but your eyes have to be real good :-) I put five new photos at the Wizards pictures link below, page 47, last five pictures, taken today ( 3-21 ), two of flower around the desert, and the other three taken from the top of Granite Mountain. One photo shows a rock shelter that has been built on top. Another shows Rabbit Dry lake and the Lucerne area off in the distance.
