I heard that the fire burned about 15 acres and was contained and extinquished. However, all the fire truck action has left Bowen Ranch Road in really bad condition. There is substantial sand and people needing help getting their vehicles through it. I was told that some people were even turning back. The area is just past Rock Springs Ranch turn.
