Bowen Parking Lot on Rancho Los Flores?

Several years ago katrina island filed a complaint with the Secretary of the Interior that BLM was not protecting citizens and other Americans using Route 2 from Mike Castro's toll attack. In response, BLM put up the fence that LaughingBear and Mojavegreen now pretend concerns them. katrina island also filed a complaint with BLM about their land decision which located the Bowen Parking lot on Rancho Los Flories Ranch land.

How about it Mojavegreen, is the Bowen Ranch parking lot still (as you said ad nausaum in the past) on Mike Castro's land? One reason that misconduct by BLM is so rampant now days, is that for years, private land owners on Juniper Flats have defended Mike Castro's violence as "protecting his private property rights".
