There are many issues around use of the public lands in the Juniper Subregion as evidenced in this Forum.
The last public planning process included a full spectrum of interests, but was belittled and disregarded by narrow interests holding sway in the Barstow Field Office.
Published management plans, federal and state laws were also disregarded.
The results of the previous planning process for the Juniper Subregion must be acknowledged and updated by a follow-on planning effort.
Time to demand just that.
