Scott's fine was the cost of the rangers over time , plus court cost, plus $35, total just under $800. Plus one year away from dchs. That one year started on September 25. I expect to see him there then. I no longer visit Scott before going to the springs because he wishes he could go too.
If you can not pay the fine do not do the crime. You are guilty until proven rich. Just ask O.J.
I previosly said Scott was in the Air Force and knew how to follow orders. I miss spoke. He was in the Navy seals for like 10 years. Those guys are experts at following orders. They are the best of the best.
