Guess what mousie......most of them night time campers access through Bowen Ranch. Just sit and watch the road on a Saturday Night. Mike Castro talks out both sides of his mouth. He tells people no not camp and bring glass but permits access 24 hours a day. If he is not there to watch, just put the money in the box and go on through. If he were serious, the road in would close at sundown.
