DCV's members all left a little earlier than usual after our on Saturday meeting. So we were up at the Bowen Ranch around 5:30. While we were heading down the Bowen Road we crossed a SB Sheriff Department cruiser speeding up the road. A short while later we crossed three trucks with USFS rangers also speeding up the road. It looked like they were planning to go down and cite campers at the springs, and this time there were a couple of tents close to the springs and I believe others further up the creek.
I was wondering if anyone that posts here was at the springs when the USFS got down there, could give us a report.
