I just received a postcard from the U.S.F.S. which contained the following information:

The final Forest Plans and Environmental Impact Report are expected to be published in early fall 2005. The U.S.F.S. is currently accepting orders for the final documents.

The deadline for submitting the planning materials order form is May 25, 2005. You may mail the order form contained in the February 2005 "Forest Plan Revision Update", or use the form on their website at:

I wonder if they are also going to have a rule that if you didn't comment or attend meetings during the creation of these plans that you won't be allowed to comment?
