I fully agree, I have already filed for a temporary restraining order against enforcement of the proposed WEMO plan on the basis that federal laws ensuring animal, environmental and cultural protections in the furtherance of unsanctioned ATV use were ignored; through incomplete and inaccurate studies of the proposed areas to be covered. I believe that my case is going to be consolidated into one big "environmental group protest" case.

Well see, but I'll be damned and sit back and watch it all go to hell. I'll spend my money fighting them all if I have to. The public lands are for the public, and people that enjoy the springs should be able to do so without ATV's, and people that want to 4x4 should have trails to use, without nails on the paths, that are away from the springers. There is SOOO much land out there, this really shouldn't be a fight.
