These devices are most likely to injure a hiker or equestrian rider. I sure dont want to step on nails thats for sure. Local desert residents from 29 Palms, Yucca Valley, Barstow, Juniper Flats, Apple Valley as well as the OHV crowd out in the OHV open areas all know what a problem Ranger Barry Nelson has become. Word is out among law enforcement circles as well. He is like the stinky kid in class.....nobody wants to stand next to him.
