Yea Katrina......Ty Davis and his talk about a war, next thing you know there's an arson fire deliberatly set in the middle of the night. Then there's the same old story from the Bowen Ranch with rumors of people getting run over or shot. Judging from Mike Castro's behavior on JF 4, there is substance to the reports. Go ahead and blame the BLM if you want to. I prefer to blame those really responsible, the rouge OHV element that resides in the area. Local residents are sick and tired of the lawlessness. This is why we are reporting it on a regular basis. Our next monthly report for the month of march has just been sent to the SBCSO, Supervisor Postmus, Congressman Lewis, various BLM officials, the OHV commission, and a few other intrested parties. Despite the intimidation and attempts of defamation, we will continue Katrina.
