"Currently the BLM's improper handling of J1299 is under examination and hopefully there will be a fair examination of the facts. Perhaps the courts will once again encourage the BLM to comply with the law. In the interm, chaos and intimidation by the rouge OHV elements continue. Two weeks ago, Mike Castro buzzed my vehicle in a hostile and aggressive mannor twice while driving on JF4. I published Arizona Mike's e mail to illustrate his account of Castro's mental condition.

Personaly, I tend to agree with Katrina Island in her quote from the Deep Creek forum.
