I have news for the Sierra Club, it is not only environmental groups who are denied information. Information is denied when the BLM and/or Forest Service don't want you to have the information. It is not based on whether you are an environmental group.
This is based on my own personal experience. The BLM would not label my requests as coming from an environmental group. I have been denied records on a regular basis. Remember the $7,505. for records involving Mike Castro and Fred Moss?
