Serenitynow,
If you park at the large parking area just before the 1st steep hill, then go south east you will find a well worn path. It is 1.2 mile to the springs. About 1/2 way down you merge into the old Bowen ranch trail. This trail head is at the same elevation as is the Bowen ranch trail head, so be ready for a steeper climb on the way out.
