Ed Waldheim, CORVA president and member of the CA OHMVR Commission joined in by suggesting that "left wing enviros" may have been responsible for the fictitous "incident". (Johnson's charges were unsubstantiated by the ensuing Department of Interior investigation.)

It came as no surprise to find that Jennifer Foster E-mailed Johnson and Waldheim copies of her latest "hate mail". Clearly she was expecting their applause.
