All,
As I watch from a safe distance in Northern Utah, the devastation caused by the wildfires in Southern California, my heart and prayers go out to you all. Having lived in the Inland Empire for four years, and having spent much time at Deep Creek and in the San Bernardino Mountains, I am deeply saddened by the loss of life, home/businesses and the precious natural resources of the forest.
It is hard to contemplate the reality of it all as I look out the window here in the Salt Lake Valley with snow falling on the ground. It is the first moister we have had in a long time as well. I'm sure it has helped to extinquish the wild fire we had burning here last week.
Hang in there and don't give up!
