Equestrians already have free an open use of public land and are not required to confine their riding to designated open routes.
I support equestrian use on Juniper Flats and because of my concern for lack of attendance by the equestrian community at WEMO meetings, I asked BLM for verification of that policy at a public BLM meeting that Foster attended. Roxie Trost responded in the affirmative and that equestrian use was not addressed in WEMO for that reason.
As for Foster's statement, "There will never be a middle road EVER."
There are places in the world that are governed by extremists. Hopefully, we will never see our own country in those desparate straits.
